Last year I took a big L on my training and diet. I had nearly 6 months off of training and it really affected my results. 2018 I’m back on the grind and ready to update my progress weekly. Everything from diet to body stats to training and pictures of my physique. I’m back with my personal trainer and will be taking on a personal training course myself to get my fitness career started. Super excited for this year. Let’s make some GAINZ!!!
